Jung Hwan Choi was born in Seoul, Korea. He has always been fascinated by filmmaking and business. Jung Hwan Choi recieved his BFA degree in Broadcasting at Long Island University. He received Master of Fine Arts in Media Arts Production from the City College of New York in June 2004. He is now trying to go into the film distribution field.
